Below is an email which i wrote to telenor also a reply from them
Dear Sir,
a person send me amount 2000 rupee Easy Paisa (trx id is 531352143) at 18:15 (13 Nov 2017).
1-Then i went to a Dukandaar (zeeshan genral store) kuri road islamabad.
2-dukandaar say for thumb verification on his Telenore device.
3-after verification i got an sms which is still saved on my mobile that say (collect ur amount)
4-so i ask him for my money ...Dukandaar said (mujay sms nai milla es liay main aap ko paisay nai de sakta)... he was abusing me (galiaan nikalta raha).
5-then i call at 3737 tow time... (first 18:51 then 19:02) by using my telenore number (0344XXXXXXXX).
6-i talk to the CSR and told him my problem he said (dukandaar se baat karwain) CSR told him that u have to pay the amount but dukandaar say ... G Nai mujay sms nai millaa main nai de saktaa.CSR do his best.
7-then i said to CSR to make a complaint CSR said sorry i cant generate the complaint because DUKANDAAR is not telling his Retailer ID so with out Retailer ID i cant generate the complaint.i said to him then what i can do he said AAP APNY TOOR PER KUCH KARNA CHAHAIN TU KAR SAKTAY HAIN.
8-after all i went to BANI GALAA police station bring the police with me and then DUKANDAAR give me my 2000 rupee.
now the point is why i face this situation even money was belong to me also why telenore cant do anything on the call also how DUKAANDAAR type of man should not do these things.
Mera mutalbaa hai keh
1-os dukandaar ka retailer id block kia jay
2-telenor k against action liaa jay keh wo kio nai DUKANDAAR ko control kar saktay
3-dukandaar hazraat paisay send karny k or wasool karne k dono kay paisay wasool kartay hain even telenor said keh (easy paisa account main paisy jamah karwana or nikalna muft hai.)
4-dukan daar hazrra kehtay hain ke hum easy paisa account main paisay traansfer es liay nai kartay keh bachtaa kuch nai wo sirf NIC per paisay transfer kartay hain also over charging kartay hain.
5-or mujay batayaa jay keh kio na main telenor k khilaaf herjany ka maqadma karoon (mujay zaleel kio kia gayaa)
EN cheesoon ko rooka jaaay.
